Ely is a historic Cathedral City located to the North of Cambridge with the main A10 road at Ely providing access to Cambridge which in turn links with the A14 and M11 motorway to London. Ely also has a mainline station which provides an electrified rail service to Cambridge and London.
Ely itself offers a variety of cosmopolitan restaurants and bars catering for all tastes from a gourmet meal to a cream tea in the best tearooms in the country as well as retaining its roots with regular general markets held on Thursdays and craft and collectables and farmers markets on alternate Saturdays. Ely also has a beautiful waterside where you can enjoy a boat trip, a riverside walk or enjoy listening to music whilst picnicking in the neighbouring Jubilee Gardens.
The City also boasts a prestigious historical past to explore from Ely Cathedral to Oliver Cromwell`s House and Ely Museum or for some culture take a stroll around the antique shop and the local art gallery.
We would strongly recommend a viewing of this property; we don`t envision it will be available long!
